Right of return
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Please let us know before you send a return: E-Mail. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Excluded from returns
- Food, drinks and dietary supplements
- Hygiene products
- Items whose seal has been opened or removed. The packaging is part of the product; an opened seal counts as damage.
Clothing
You may try on clothing at home. We can take it back if it is unworn and unwashed and all tags are still attached.
Damaged or wrong item?
If an item arrives damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will take it back free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days.

Send
Take your parcel to a Swiss Post branch and keep the return receipt in a safe place.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
