We usually receive the payment within a few minutes and your order is processed right away.

Refunds:
Refunds are credited to the TWINT account you used. You can decide in TWINT whether the amount stays in your TWINT account or is transferred back to your bank account.

Paying with TWINT isn’t possible?
If the payment cannot be completed, first check the payment limit you have set in TWINT.

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Refunds:
Refunds are credited to the credit card originally charged.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the checkout.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in there with your details and complete the payment. New to PayPal? Then you can continue as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Google Pay isn’t available as a payment method?
Google Pay can only be used on an Android smartphone. To use the service, your smartphone needs at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”).
