How to use

For one serving, mix 60 g of powder (2 scoops) with 150–200 ml of water, milk, or a plant-based drink in a shaker or with a whisk. Let sit for 1–2 minutes until creamy. Prepare warm if desired (mix with hot water or briefly heat in the microwave). Ideal as a quick breakfast as well as a pre- or post-workout meal. Optionally top with berries, nut butter, or cinnamon.
